Rules and Regulations

Please forgive our direct style, but it is very important for us that you do understand our house rules. Thank you very much for treating our home as it was yours!
★ Our Loft is not suitable for babies and for kids under the age of twelve.
★ Pets are not welcomed.
★ QUIET HOURS: 20:00-08:00!
★ If you arrive/ leave at night, please mind the neighbors, keep quiet, carry your suitcase instead of pulling it on the corridor.
★ At our place check-in takes place exclusively in person, during which the host shows the guests everything.
★ Not accepted: pets, smoking, parties, stag/hen groups, third party bookings, and guests who are not included in the booking, illegal drugs, underage alcohol consumption.
★ It is strictly prohibited to organize parties and events during your stay! If you travel because of this intension, please do not choose us!
★ Respect your neighbours and all of the people living in this house!
★ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! If you have the intension of smoking you can do it in the corridor, where we placed an ashtray for you.
★ By default, we prepare the beds to sleep together. If you prefer to sleep separately, please send us your intension in a message.
★ Additional services are possible for a surcharge (delivery of extra bed linens, towels, pre-arranged set up etc.)
★ If you book last minute (booking on the same day or 1 day in advance) we are not able to guarantee your check in at our advertised check in time, as we already have a set schedule, but we will do our best to minimalize any possible delays.
★ If you arrive earlier than indicated, the apartment might not be ready for check-in.
★ In order to manage our accommodation in accordance with the rules of the authorities, we need a photo or scanned copy of the passport (or ID card) from all staying guests before arrival. We are obliged to record scanned versions of passports in an accommodation management software. The data of yours is kept securely and only showed to authorities in case of inspection.
★ In case you notice any problems with the apartment (heating, stove, bathtub, key safe, broken item, etc.), please let us know immediately since we wish to fix everything as soon as possible before further damage occurs! Not notifying us and keep using the flat will result in breaching the house rules.
★ We reserve the right to go into the apartment during the stay for necessary maintenance reasons. In case this might happen, we will notify you in advance.
★ If you make any damages (eg. stains on the bed/linens, dirty the walls, break something, lose the keys, smoke indoors, leave an unusually big mess, that needs extra cleaning above the included cleaning, etc.) we will kindly ask you to pay for the extra costs.
★ Check out time is by 11:00 local time. You will be charged automatically for €30 after 11:00 until 12:00, and a full day charge after 12:00, if late check out is not approved in advance. Check out can be done in person with the host, as agreed in advance, or we provide the possibility of the self-check out as well. Right at the entrance of the apartment you can find a key box, located on the door jamb. One of the keys must be put into the key box, after turning off the appliances in the apartment, closing the windows and locking the apartment. The host must provide the code for the key box in writing, after prior indication of the request, no later than the evening before departure.
★ We do not take any responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment and in case of a lost&found item after the stay, we store it for 24 hours only.
★ Losing the loft key means, that because of safety reasons we will have to make a lock replacement in the door of the loft. The price of the replacement is 20.000 Ft, what you have to pay to your hosts in cash.
★ Losing the safe key means, that you have to pay an additional 25.000 Ft in cash to your hosts. Please watch out for the key, because the lost of it can cause not expected problems during your travel, such as you can get to your passports, documents, tickets lately!
★ The apartment is suitable for maximum four guests. We charge for the extra guests (third and fourth guest).
★ In case of stays longer than one week the apartment has to be cleaned, which includes changing of towels and bedding also. It is done by the host. The cleaning fee of the occupied apartment is 15.000 Ft.
★ IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your stay effective immediately with no refund in case you don’t respect any of our rules.

If you leave the apartment, always close the windows and lock the apartment door with the key!
Please always turn off the lights, the air-conditioning system, the television, the kitchen facilities and your own gadgets when leaving the loft!
During winter, also if you just leave the loft for a few hours, please take the temperature of the heating down!
Please respect our work by taking care of our Loft and it’s whole furnishing!
